Gluten Free F’sh Sticks With Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pkg Nabati F’sh Burgers
Batter:
3/4 cup non dairy milk
3 tbsp gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour
1 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
Cornflake breading:
1 cup crushed gluten free cornflakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk together the batter ingredients. Let sit for 10 mins to thicken.
Then in another bowl mix together the cornflakes, garlic powder, italian seasoning and paprika and olive oil. Cut the F’sh burgers into sticks and dip into the batter and then coat in the cornflake breading. Place onto your lined pan and bake for 15 mins or until breading is golden and crispy. Serve f’sh sticks hot with tartar sauce for dipping. Garnish with chopped chives.
Tatar Sauce:
1/3 cup vegan mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp relish
1 tsp dried dill weed
Mix the tartar sauce ingredients to combine and serve with f’sh sticks.
